In 2003, this building was entirely renovated to accommodate storefront business on the ground floor and the offices of the BDC occupying the entire second floor. The interior of the second floor has six individual offices, separated from the center workspace by partially obscured windows, allowing for natural light to travel through the entire floor. In the renovation, almost everything was modified except the existing terrazzo floor.
