Adaptive Reuse
The Historic Warehouse Lofts projected, located at 210 Ellicott St., was an adaptive reuse project of a warehouse built in 1913. The seven-story building now offers loft-style apartments and 8,000 SF of office space. Due to the historic nature of the building, design and planning adhere to strict restoration criteria established by the New York State Historic Preservation Office and National Parks Service.
