Newman Center
This unique project at the University of Buffalo involves creating a building to accommodate many different functions while showcasing the beauty of the site adjacent to Ellicott Creek and preserving some of the property as wetlands. The program includes a multi-purpose hall for worship and banquet seating for 500 people, a smaller worship chapel, a kitchen/bar area, campus ministry offices, multi-purpose faith sharing rooms used for classrooms, meetings, study and student recreation. The existing residence will be demolished.
