This project involved the construction of a new building for St. Francis High School, to serve as the school’s new Ormsby Theater. The building also houses the school’s campus store, training and weight rooms and a large entry foyer which provides public entry to the school’s gym. A construction management delivery system was utilized to maximize cost savings and to expedite construction.
